〔中央社〕俄羅斯今天宣稱，正在烏克蘭動用新一代的高性能雷射武器以燒毀無人機。此時俄國已出動部分秘密武器，對付西方國家為烏克蘭大量提供的軍火。

俄羅斯總統普廷2018年曾公布一系列新武器，包括新型洲際彈道飛彈、水下核動力無人潛航器（underwater nuclear drones）、一款超音速武器和一款新型雷射武器。

外界對新型雷射武器的性能知之甚少。普廷曾提及一款名為「佩雷斯維特」（Peresvet）的雷射作戰系統，其名稱來自一位中世紀東正教僧侶戰士佩雷斯維特（Alexander Peresvet），他在一場激烈戰鬥中犧牲。

主管軍事發展的俄羅斯副總理波瑞索夫（Yuri Borisov）在莫斯科一場會議上表示，佩雷斯維特已廣泛部署，能使地球上空最高1500公里的衛星癱瘓。

不過他說，俄羅斯已有比佩雷斯維特更強大的雷射系統，能夠燒毀無人機和其他裝備。波瑞索夫提及17日的一項測試，宣稱雷射在5秒內燒毀了5公里外的一架無人機。

波瑞索夫告訴俄羅斯國營電視台：「假如佩雷斯維特能癱瘓衛星，那麼新一代雷射武器就會對目標造成物理性摧毀，即熱摧毀，使目標燃燒殆盡。」

波瑞索夫在被詢及、這個武器是否已用在烏克蘭時說：「是的，最初的原型系統已在那裡使用。」他稱這款武器叫「扎地拉」（Zadira）。

外界對扎地拉幾乎一無所知，不過俄羅斯媒體2017年曾報導，俄國國營核子企業（Rosatom）參與研發這種武器，以配合一項武器性物理新原理計劃，這項計劃的俄文縮寫為ONFP。

Since Lekiachvili and his wife, who is from Poland, both have family in countries neighboring Ukraine, they felt a strong need to help.
Instead of keeping his new toy locked up in his hangar, they began pushing it out into the world to try and raise money for Ukraine.

Despite its newest technologies and good result the Ministry of Defence had some doubts about its efficiency because the complex was pretty much expensive.
Super secret “laser gun” turned out to be non-demanded.
The only vehicle had been hiding behind some fences till was miraculously found in the exposition of “Military Technical Museum” in Ivanovskoye village in 2010.
This unique machine is an example of leading Soviet science and a witness of forgotten Soviet victories.
