請問火神炮的定位是什麼?
是能打穿一般步兵的掩體跟載具嗎?
什麼時候有minigun什麼時候用火神炮?
不能再找一個口徑兩者之間的格林機槍嗎?

火神砲看起來是裝在載具的砲位上體型笨重用來反裝甲載具以下的單位

迷你砲比較輕便可以裝在直升機機艙上就是一個射率超高的機槍

迷你炮7.62mm
介於中間的就GAU-19(12.7mm)吧
當機槍太重，當機炮太弱
軍備要的是一個完整的工具箱而不是一把萬能工具

M61的初始設計目標是通用空用武器
你把當成替代威力已經不合現代需求的6管AN-M2/M3後代即可.

而就跟M2除了飛機有使用,地面上也到處都是一樣
為了通用彈藥考量,地上海上一堆武器也使用了M61作為核心武裝.
