Lockheed denies report on F-16 tech transfer to India

“Any media reports claiming the US has denied or approved the transfer of F-16 technology to India are simply not true,” Lockheed says.
“The government of India is still determining its single-engine fighter requirements and government-to-government discussions between India and the USs are ongoing.
No decisions have been made yet regarding technology transfer.”

Charges dropped for Hill AFB contractor accused of illegally shipping F-16 parts

In early 2016, Williams was charged with two counts of unlawful exportation of goods from the United States, making a false statement in a document, and conversion of property of the United States.
Williams worked at Hill as a contractor with the Foreign Military Sales Program, specializing in F-16 parts.

Federal prosecutors alleged Williams sent two F-16 Aircraft brake assemblies to Indonesia, despite knowing it was against federal law.
